The enclosure should be 420 × 280 × 95 mm. It will contain one power supply, two control boards, and cable glands along the rear panel. The tallest component is approximately 71 mm.

We recommend 1.5 mm aluminum for the body and a removable 2.0 mm base plate. The side ventilation openings in Revision 2 are workable, but we suggest increasing the bridge width between slots before powder coating.

That material selection works for us. Please quote two prototypes with fine-texture RAL 9005 black powder coating. We can review the ventilation change in the next drawing revision.
